<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a bus having heavy load without dropping its operation speed in a semiconductor integrated circuit having plural devices capable of inputting/outputting data to/from the same bus. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a central processing unit(CPU) 1 and plural devices and the CPU 1 and the devices are connected to the same loop-like bus 6, 7. Bus buffer circuits 11 to 13 having a function capable of electrically opening/closing the connection of the bus 6, 7 are arranged on at least two positions of the bus 6, 7 and the open/close of the bus buffer circuits 11 to 13 is controlled by a bus buffer control circuit 10 for inputting control information outputted from the CPU 1 or plural devices and generating a buffer control signal.</p> |
