A front part (11) is rounded in a rounded upper part (12), and is connected to a lower edge, an upper edge (16) and two lateral edges of the board. The board is symmetric with respect to a center plane. The board presents floatability and is dimensioned to avoid passing of the anterior part of the trunk of the user when the board is flattened against the user. The board has reduced dimension, so that the board is easily transported until the place of use. The board is firmly applied and fixed against the anterior part of the trunk of the user in the usage condition, thus preventing the passage of the water between the board and the trunk of the user, and hence improving the sliding effect for the user.
