PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a drop of electric discharge capacity following charging/ discharging cycle by composing holding layer for holding alkali metal salt non-aqueous solution with a hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer as the main component. SOLUTION: Hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer latex after changing to lithium cation and styrene-butadiene copolymer latex or the like are mixed together. Such mixture is spread uniformly thin on a teflon petri dish, dried and produced in a latex film. A disc body is punched off from this latex film and immersed in an electrolyte which is produced by dissolving lithium perchlorate in a mixed solvent consisting of propylene carbonate and dimethylcarbonate and the like so as to prepare solid electrolyte. This solid electrolyte is pinched by a Li negative polar plate and a positive polar plate and sealed in a coin cell so as to manufacture a tightly enclosed coin type whole solid Li battery.
