FIELD: food products, canned food production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing technology of meat-and-plant canned food. Cans are manufactured by cutting and mixed frying of pork, onion and tomatoes in melted butter, cutting and freezing runner beans, cutting and blanching porcini, grating cheese. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with wheat flour, chicken eggs, sour cream, tomato paste, table salt and black pepper. The obtained mix and bone broth are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised. The invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility. ^ EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility. |
