PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove dirt while suppressing production of scratches by forming a polishing layer on a supporting body to make a polishing cleaning face and forming a rough cleaning face on the opposite surface of the supporting body. SOLUTION: This cleaning card 1 consists of a supporting body 2, a polishing layer 3 on the one surface of the supporting body 2 to make a polishing cleaning face (A), and a rough cleaning face (B) on the other surface of the supporting body 2. The rough cleaning face (B) is produced by laminating a base film 4 having a rough surface with 0.1 to 1.0μm center line average surface roughness Ra to the supporting body 2 with an adhesion layer 5. The polishing layer 3 has an abrasive 31 having 0.1 to 10μm particle size dispersed in a binder 32. Each of the supporting body 2 and the base film 4 consists of a polymer supporting body essentially comprising a polyester component and having 10 to 500μm thickness. The adhesion layer 5 consists of an adhesive.
