A decorated sheet which has a surface protective layer and which has both excellent surface protection characteristics and excellent bonding strength between formed layers. The decorated sheet (10) comprises a substrate sheet (1), an adjacent layer (4) which is formed on the substrate sheet (1) and contains a compound having active hydrogen and a surface protective layer (5) which contains ionized radiation cured resin and an isocianate compound.
