The pushchair has an adjusting device (30) pivoted between the rear support (11) and backrest (20), and includes a positioning lever (31) which is U-shaped in cross-section. A first through-hole (311) is formed in the front of the lever, and a slot (312) on the upper face of the front end of the lever and communicating with the hole. A second through-hole is formed in the middle section, and a third through-hole (315) on the rear end of the lever. A downwards pointing protrusion is formed on an inner lower face (314) on the rear end of the lever.
