PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for the payment of transportation expenses in advance and adjustment operation accompanying it, and further make cash unnecessary at the time of the money amount issue of a medium by providing a 2nd system which sends issuable money amount information to a 1st system, and receives use information from the 1st system and totalizes it by issuing facilities. SOLUTION: Issue data stored in a setting data memory 27 of the 1st system 2 are automatically transmitted to the 2nd system 4 through a line. The issue data which are sent and gathered are processed with the codes of respective issuing facilities, credit enterprises, transportation means, etc., in the system 4, billed amounts of money and refund amounts of money are made to cancel each other, and communication adjustment among the three parts is performed, thereby outputting an account settlement document. Then the automatically sent use data are classified in the system 4 by the identification codes, and the use data classified by the issuing facilities and transportation means are processed by the credit enterprise codes and then outputted on a detailed confirmation document. Consequently, even a business man who goes out for official business can get convenience when riding. |
