<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely match the rotational speeds of stretch rollers with each other and surely prevent the deviation based on the necessary stretching ratio. SOLUTION: This fine spinning frame is provided with a stretch mechanism to separately drive rollers 14a-c2 by synchronous motor 12a1 -c4 and each synchronous motor 12a1 -c4 is supplied with AC current of various frequency through frequency regulators 16a-c, 18 and 36 placed corresponding to the each motor. Each of the frequencies is mutually adjustable at the each frequency control inlet side of each frequency regulator 16a-c, 18 and 36 to achieve the required stretching action at the ratio of the frequencies. Each frequency is supplied to a spindle driving part 20 supplied with similarly adjustable AC current through separate frequency regulators 16a-c, 18 and 36 and to a controller for setting the frequency of the AC current.</p> |
