ELECTRON DOCUMENT MANAGEMNET SYSTEM PROVIDING DIGITIZATION OF DOCUMENTS IN BANCASSURANCE SYSTEM

摘要

An electronic document management system through the electronization of a bancassurance application document, and a management method thereof are provided to secure the originality and integrity of an electronic document, thereby improving competitive power in incidental expenses due to the generation of paper documents, the search and utilization ability of the paper documents increased by geometric progression. An SIP(Submission Information Package) is produced through a scan station(S100). The SIP is transmitted to an electronic document management server after applying a security protocol to the SIP produced from the scan station(S110). Data re-organized according to a standard document form and a document classification system, scanned images are processed to be operated with an insurance company bancassurance administration unit by analyzing various formats of documents used in the insurance industry(S120).
