A hydromechanical chuck, which contains a fixed clamping element, which is made in the form of thin-walled with cylindrical opening for tool or billet fixed bushing with external conical surface, over which fixed clamping bushing interacts with mobile lengthwise bushing with internal conical surface, and channels for supply of liquid to the chambers of clamping and release formed by butt end of clamping and mobile bushings. For increasing the clamping pressure at insignificant pressure of supply, simplification of design and increase of reliability of device from the sides of the chambers of clamping and release with formation between them of sealing belts on the conical surfaces of connected bushings deaf grooves are made. |
