SEAL FOR A SIDE WINDOW OF AN AUTOMOBILE

The proposed seal for the upper edge of a motor-driven side window (9) of an automobile comprises a main body (1) with a U-shaped cross-section; and two sides (2, 3) from one or both of which a sealing lip (6, 7) projects and extends into the cavity (5) enclosed by the U-shaped main body (1). A spring (12, 13) is mounted between at least one of the sealing lips (6) and the side (2) from which the former projects.
