PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terrapin product having an excellent nitritious value and a pharmaceutically excellent immune effect. SOLUTION: This method for producing a terrapin product consists of (1) a process for preparing a mixture of a self-digested material with a honey by adding an acid liquid to a crushed terrapin meat material to keep pH 4-5 thereof, liquefying by a self digestion at <=50 deg.C temperature, mixing the honey and maturing, (2) a process for preparing a mixture of a blood with the honey by mixing the blood of terrapin with the honey at <=50 deg.C so as to have >=70% sugar content, and (3) a process of mixing the mixture of the self-digested material with the honey and the mixture of the blood with the honey at <=50 deg.C. |
