PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing a carrot juice by which the carrot juice is produced in high extraction rate. SOLUTION: A raw material of a carrot juice is successively charged to the first juice extraction machine of twin-screw pressing type and subjected to the first extraction thereof, and a pulp successively discharged from the first juice extracting machine is charged through a distribution head to each of the second multiple juice extracting machines of single-screw pressing types installed in parallel and subjected to the second extraction thereof. |
