PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the burst through a macromolecular porous membrane at the time of injecting secretion cells by a syringe by forming the angular parts of an outside surface to a dull-angled surface form or curved surface form and rounding these parts. SOLUTION: A frame material 1 is formed to a shape obtd. by chamfering the angular parts (a) to (d) having a perpendicular section on its outer peripheral surface side and rounding the angular parts (a) to (d). Namely, the angles Θ1 to Θ4 of the angular parts (a) to (d) are dulled to form the gentle shape. The frame material 1 may be molded by metal molds previously subjected to chamfering or by forming a ring having parallel both end faces of apertures at both ends and subjecting the ring to chamfering. The parts which are the peripheral edges of the macromolecular porous membrane 2 and are adhered from the angular part (a) to (b) or (d) to (c) of the frame material 1 are previously notched at specified intervals. If the capsule is formed in such a manner, the capsule follows up the chamfered adhesive surfaces of the frame material 1, and therefore, the strength of adhesion is improved. |
