PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate need for separation of springs for sorting salvage at the time of disposal, simplify a structure, reduce the number of members, simplify assembly, reduce a cost, etc. SOLUTION: A lower part of a movable cylinder 4 is vertically movably inserted into a bottomed guide cylinder 1 with a fitting cylinder 2 standing from an appropriate position of the bottom and formed with a valve seat 3 for a suction valve at an upper end of the fitting cylinder, a push-down nozzle head 6 is provided at an upper end of the movable cylinder extending upward, and a small support cylinder 7 is made to hang from an appropriate position on an internal face of the nozzle head toward an upper part in the movable cylinder 4. A multi-functional spring 8 made of synthetic resin comprising a spring 9, a plate valve 12 for the suction valve, a skirt 14 for a dispense valve or the like is placed in the movable cylinder 4, wherein a suction valve 15 is formed of the valve seat 3 for the suction valve and the plate valve 12 for the suction valve while a dispense valve 16 is formed of an inner periphery on an upper part of the movable cylinder 4 and the skirt 14 for the dispense valve, with a suction pipe 17 hanging from a lower part of the fitting cylinder 2. |
