Water is boiled and the pasta or noodle 1 is elongated by the absorption of water, bent at the opposite walls 2a, 2a of the vessel 2 and extended to the side of the vessel following the curvature of the walls 2b, 2b. Tough palatability and taste of freshly-boiled noodle can be attained by this process without causing the mutual adhesion of the strings 1 of the pasta or noodle.
