PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a composite molded body having each property of a polyolefin resin and a thermoplastic elastomer and the efficiently large adhesive strength of both substances. SOLUTION: The composite molded body is made up in integrally welded relation of a first material composed of a thermoplastic elastomer composition which consists of (a) an olefinic copolymer of an ethylenic unit I anα-olefinic unit II having the carbon number of 4 or more, wherein both the mole ratio being an ethylenic unit I/anα-olefinic unit II having the carbon number of 4 or more = 55/45-99/1, and (b) a hydrogenated block copolymer having two or more polymeric blocks A consisting of a vinyl aromatic compound and one or more copolymeric blocks B consisting of a conjugated diene compound and having 50% or more carbon-carbon double bond hydrogenated in terms of the conjugated diene compound, wherein both the weight ratio being (a)/(b)=55/45-95/5, and a second material composed of a polyolefin resin. |
