PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a cylinder fuel injection type spark ignition type internal combustion engine for executing learning control of idle rotational frequency properly unrelated to a fuel injection mode. SOLUTION: In a control device for a inner-cylinder injection type spark ignition type internal combustion engine which can switch fuel injection mode from an intake process injection mode to a compressed process injection mode, an idle operation condition detecting means S10 for detecting idle operation condition and an intake amount adjusting means for adjusting the intake air amount supplied to a combustion chamber by adjusting actuation position Pobj and an intake amount detecting means for detecting actual intake air amount supplied to the combustion chamber adjusted by the intake amount adjusting means are included. Actuation position learning means S22, S24, S26, S28 for learning actuation position Pobj at respective fuel injection modes based on differenceΔP with target intake air amount set according to operation condition and actual intake air amount information when the idle operation condition is detected S20 are also provided.
