PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin extruded foam with a skin having no 'warp' and no 'bent' at a cut processed product and excellent dimensional accuracy and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: In the polyolefin resin extruded foam with a skin having a foam density of 0.015 to 0.050g/cm<3> and a foam thickness of 40 to 80mm, the foam is cut and divided into rectangular pieces of the same shape having a length of 1m in an extruding direction, a width of 50mm±5mm in a widthwise direction and a thickness of 10mm±2mm in a thickness direction, and inner and outer mean expansion to contraction ratioαcalculated from the lengths of the pieces measured is 1.000 to 1.005, whereα=L1÷L2, L1 is a mean value of measured lengths of all the rectangular pieces disposed on upper, lower, right and left surfaces of the foam, and L2 is a mean value of measured lengths of all the rectangular pieces not disposed on upper, lower, right and left surfaces of the foam. |
