A press apparatus accurately controlling a lift frame according to a processed product is provided to compensate the lift frame horizontally corrected in the state where 4 stoppers and 4 regulating rods. A press apparatus includes a fixed table(10), a tie bar(50), an upper frame(30), a lift frame(20), a hydraulic cylinder(40), and a regulating rod(70). The tie bar is installed at four edge of the fixed table. The upper frame and lift frame are installed at the top and in-between of the tie bar. The hydraulic cylinder operates the lift frame. A stopper is arranged in the fixed table upper side. The lower-part of the lift frame and the regulating rod are installed at the location corresponding with stopper.
