PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by making a picture frame part between it and the form peripheral edge by integrally molding a surface pattern part on the inside of a form, and making a surface pattern layer and also a transparent abrasion resistant layer on the surface pattern part by making a joint part between it and the surface pattern part. SOLUTION: A floor unit form 1 is integrally molded by injection molding of thermoplastic resin, and a surface pattern part 2 is integrally molded on the inside of a form, and a leg 3 is integrally molded on the reverse side. In this case, the surface pattern part 2 is made above a picture frame part 5 and a joint part 6, and a surface pattern layer 7 such as a rift pattern and a grain pattern is formed on a surface. The surface pattern layer 7 is formed by a method of simultaneously transferring it at integrally molding time of the surface pattern part 2 and the form, a method of transferring it after the surface pattern part 2 is formed, sticking of a printing sheet or the like. A transparent abrasion resistant layer 8 is laminated on the surface pattern layer 7, and a fitting member 9 is arranged in a form peripheral edge part 4, and the leg 3 is arranged. Therefore, it can be inexpensively decorated, and manufacturing cost is reduced, and an optional pattern or the like is easily performed, and weight of a floor unit material 10 is reduced, and design can be kept over a long period of time. |
