PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recombinant vector useful for producing vaccines to block infection with e.g. influenza bacteriomeningitis, containing a DNA sequence coding an antigen determinant for Haemophilus influenza outer membrane protein having a specific amino acid sequence. SOLUTION: This recombinant vector contains a DNA sequence coding an antigen determinant for Haemophilus influenza outer membrane protein having an amino acid sequence of the formula or a partial sequence thereof composed of at least 7 consecutive amino acids. In this case, the amino acid sequence contains at least one antigen determinant for the Haemophilus influenza outer membrane protein. It is preferable that this recombinant vector be transduced into a unicellular organism such as a bacterium.
