PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ice confection comprising an ice cream and outer skins covering the ice cream, having attractive taste and texture obtained by emphasizing their mutually different tastes, and enabling to obtain a visually enjoyable merchandise line rich in acceptability by variously combining the ice cream with the outer skins. SOLUTION: Outer skins 2, 3 for covering an ice cream 1 comprises fried rice cakes seasoned with salt, various kinds of seasonings, various kinds of spices, etc., and further suitably mixed with foods such as a fragrant grass and a sea alga having a desired flavor for the final product. In the fried rice cakes as the outer skins 2, 3, various kinds of ice creams 1 are disposed. |
