PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helicopter which can achieve a long time flight using a battery as a main power source.SOLUTION: A multicopter 100 comprises: a plurality of propellers 1; an electric motor 2; at least one main battery 3; a generator 4; and an engine 5. The electric motor 2 drives the propellers 1. The main battery 3 is a first power source supplying the electric motor 2 with electric power. The generator 4 is a second power source supplying the electric motor 2 with electric power. The engine 5 drives the generator 4. The generator 4 charges, when residual quantity of the main battery 3 is less than the threshold amount, the main battery 3 by electric power converted from power of the engine 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
