<p>A solid lavatory cleansing block is formed of a composition comprising (A) from 5 - 80% by weight of a surface active component comprising one or more anionic surface active agents; (B) from 10 - 75% by weight of a halogen release agent component; and (C) from 1 - 25% by weight of a liquid non-oxidisable material. The halogen release agent component is preferably a chlorinated cyanuric acid derivative, and the liquid non-oxidisable material may be selected from mineral oil, liquid hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon, silicone oil, liquid ketone, liquid tertiary alcohol or liquid ester.</p> |
