MACHINE TO BALANCE ROTORS

FIELD: measurement technology, determination of disbalance of bodies of revolution. SUBSTANCE: machine includes frame with suspension which has shaft with rotor to be balanced, drive and measurement unit incorporating disbalance sensor, amplifier, former of angular position of disbalance and indicator of disbalance value connected in series. Shaft is installed into casing which one end is coupled by means of spherical bearing to drive and which other end is connected to eccentric with the aid of second bearing. Eccentric is put on shaft. Pulse transducer interacting with eccentric is connected to input of pulse former which output is connected to counting input of binary counter whose outputs are coupled with the help of memorizing register to decoder. Light indicators of indicator of angular position of disbalance are connected to outputs of decoder. Recording input of memorizing register is connected to output of flip-flop. Its counting input is connected to output of pulse former and controlling inputs are connected to output of amplifier. EFFECT: increased functional accuracy. 2 cl, 4 dwgr
