A forklift work control device includes: a hydraulic system; an engine output control section sensing part sensing the reduction of transmission pressure, caused by the manipulation of an inching pedal, and then detecting an engine output control section if the transmission pressure decreases below specific pressure; and a control part controlling an output increase rate of an engine, provided to the hydraulic system, based on the manipulation of at least one among an accelerator pedal and a work lever in the engine output control section. Therefore, the forklift work control device is capable of improving worker convenience, suppressing unnecessary power consumption of an engine, and preventing sudden unintended acceleration, caused by unskilled manipulation, by controlling an engine speed of a forklift only with the manipulation of the work lever and the inching pedal. |
