The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting a spring constant of a transverse leaf spring, which supports the upper surface and the lower surface of a transverse leaf spring at points spaced from each other and changes supported points of the upper surface and the lower surface of the transverse leaf spring, thereby changing a spring constant of the transverse leaf spring, and a system for adjusting a spring constant of a transverse leaf spring using the same. In the apparatus for adjusting a spring constant of a transverse leaf spring and the system for adjusting a spring constant of a transverse leaf spring using the same, the transverse leaf spring installed inside a suspension in the direction of vehicle width, a spring constant adjusting means is installed on positions, which are spaced form each other, of the transverse leaf spring (10) to support each of the upper surface and the lower surface of the transverse leaf spring (10), wherein points supported by the transverse leaf spring (10) are variable. |
