Two-function tool for preparing tube ends for draw-bench

The tool (1) has a fixed crushing press (10) on the housing of which a push point press (20) is mounted on a vertical hinge axis (208) so that it can be swivelled aside. The crushing press has jaws (101a,b) with interchangeable dies for crushing thin-walled tube ends. The jaws may be used for clamping thick walled tubes as their ends are reduced with the push point press. Each face of the square section clamping dies has a longitudinal semicircular groove of different diameter.
