摘要 1. Rigid thermally insulating panel comprising elastic composite plates with located in-between transverse members to maintain the plates in a definite position towards each other characterized in, that each composite plate (2) form inner protection layer (4) directed from center to periphery, transparent for electromagnetic waves in particular for infrared rays, thin metal film (5), reflecting electromagnetic waves and in particular infrared rays, protection layer (6) of metal film (5), fibrous layer (7)providing mechanical strength of the film a layer of polymeric coating to provide tightness, protection layer (9) of underlying metal plate, thin metal film (10), reflecting electromagnetic waves and in particular infrared rays, and other protection layer (11), transparent for electromagnetic waves and in particular for infrared rays, wherein transverse members are comprised as elastic strand while free space between composite plates is filled with gas, pumped in under certain pressure. 2. Panel according to Claim 1 characterized in, that the elastic strands (13) cross the fibrous layer (7), wherein their butts are embedded in the layer of polymeric coating(8). 3. Panel according to Claim 2 characterized in, that elastic strands (3) are made of at least one flexible continuous wire (13) in the form of broken line, passing from one flexible plate to another, forming loops (14) on each side, traversed by at least one cross strand (15), wherein the loops and cross strands are placed in the layer of polymeric coating (2). 4. Panel according to one of Claims 1-3 characterized in, that protection layers are made of polyimide. 5. Panel according to Claims 1-4 characterized in, that the metal plate is made of aluminum or silver. 6. Panel according to one of Claims 1-5 characterized in, that the layer of polymeric coating is made of thermoplastic synthetic rubber. 7. Panel according to one of Claims 1-6 characterized in, that the fibrous layer is woven fabric. 8. Panel according to one of Claims 1-7 characterized in, that the fibrous layer is not woven fabric. 9. Panel according to Claims 1-6 characterized in, that the fibrous layer is fire-proof. 10. Method for production of thermally-insulating panel according to Claims 1-9 characterized in, that it comprises the following stages: forming the 1-st plane element (17) of said structure in which elements are rigidly connected to each other - inner protection layer (4), transferable for electromagnetic waves and in particular for infrared rays - thin metal film (5), reflecting electromagnetic waves and in particular infrared rays - protection layer (6) of the metal plate - fibrous layer (7), providing mechanical strength of the metal plate forming the 2-nd plane element of said structure similar to the 1-st one but in the mirror sequence, spacing said elements at a certain distance opposite each other, wherein inner protection layers (4) face each other and location of elastic ties (3) between 2 elements, wherein the flexible ties hold on from outside surface of the fibrous layer (7) providing mechanical strength and some space (18) for arrangement of broken elements, applying solid layer of polymeric coating (8) upon each fibrous layer (7), embedding elastic ends into said (3), coating of each face surface (9) with protection layer and subsequent putting of thin metal plate (10), reflecting electromagnetic waves and in particular infrared rays, thus forming panel of plane composite plates and joining said panels to form intermediate structure and at a final stage said structure is provided with 2 protection layers (11) from both outside and inside, transferable for electromagnetic waves and in particular for infrared rays 11. Method according to Claims 10 or 11 characterized in, that multiple elastic strands (3) are formed by bending at least one tie (13) in the form of a broken line, making up oops (14) outside the fibrous layers, crossed by at least one traverse wire (15), wherein the loops and traverse ties are embedded in the layers of polymeric coating. 11. Method according to Claim 10 characterized in, that rigid elements are arranged on outer and inner angles. 12. Method according to Claims 10 or 11 characterized in, that multiple elastic strands (3) are formed by bending at least wire (13) in the form of a broken line, making up loops (14) outside the fibrous layers, crossed by at least one traverse tie (15), wherein the loops and traverse ties are embedded in the layers of polymeric coating.
