<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a hollow fiber membrane having sufficient dehumidification properties by dry/wet- or wet-spinning a film making solution consisting of a water insoluble film making polymer such as poly(amide imide) and poly(ether imide) end a good solvent therefor, etc. SOLUTION: At least one kind of poly(amide imide), poly(ether imide), and meta-type aromatic polyimide is used as a water insoluble film making polymer. A film making solution is prepared from the polymer, a good solvent such as dimethyl formamide, and inorganic salt such as lithium chloride or a water soluble polymer such as polyvinyl pyrrolidone. A hollow fiber membrane is prepared by the dry/wet spinning or wet spinning of the solution. The membrane has a sufficient dehumidification property, and a poly(ether imide) hollow fiber membrane, which has no trouble of end breakage in production, has good water permeability.</p> |
