PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture the bonded magnet having excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, magnetic characteristics and mechanical strength by compression molding process. SOLUTION: The material powder comprising the powder of rare earth element ferromagnetic alloy coated with two layers of an inner layer of 0.1-5wt.% of bismaleimidetriazine and an outer layer of 0.5-10wt.% of thermosetting epoxy resin is compression-molded in a magnetic field at the temperature of the softening point but to not the setting starting point of both resins so as to set the resins by heating process. During the setting thereof, the bismaleimidetriazine resin is once evaporated to readhere to the magnetic powder so that a newly generated fracture by the compression molding is also covered with the resin. |
