PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable dispersive silicone composition by mixing a composition which is obtained by reacting a specified quantity of a specified polyorganosiloxane, a specified quantity of a specified silicon compound, and a catalytic quantity of a compound which promote a reaction at a specified temperature with mineral oil. SOLUTION: A silicone composition which is obtained by reacting 100 pts.wt. of a polyorganosiloxane selected from polyorganosiloxane 20-100,000mm<2> /S in viscosity at 25 deg.C which is expressed by formula I or polyorganosiloxane 200-1.00×10<8> mm<2> /S in viscosity at 25 deg.C which is expressed by formula II and the mixture of these, 0.5-20 pts.wt. of a silicon compound selected from an organosilicon compound expressed by formula III or its partial hydrolysis- condensation product or a siloxane resin which contains a (CH3 )3 SiO1/2 unit and an SiO4/2 unit and in which the mole ratio of the (CH3 )3 SiO1/2 unit to the SiO4/2 unit is 0.4:1-1.2:1 and its condensate, with a catalytic amount of a compound which promotes a reaction at 50-300 deg.C is mixed with mineral oil to obtain the objective composition.
