PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a board, e.g. a liquid crystal panel, easily depending on the characteristics thereof by suction holding the central part on the lower surface of a board at a board holding part, shifting the board holding part to bring the board close to a positioning member, positioning the board by abutting the corner thereof, and then securing the board to the board holding part. SOLUTION: A board holding part 5 on a Zθ table 4 can be moved freely by driving respective tables 2, 3, 4. A plurality of suction holes 8 are made through the upper surface 7a of a lower receiving base 7 standing vertically at an end of a base 1. Furthermore, an L-shaped positioning member 9 is mounted at the end of the lower receiving base 7 and a board P is positioned by moving it as shown by a dashed line and arrows N1, N2 and abutting the corner of the board P on the positioning member 9. A transfer bed 10 sucks an electronic device 11 to the lower part thereof and moves as shown by arrows N3, N4 in order to mount the electronic device 11 on the periphery of the board P. |
