PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a filling time and to improve yield of a raw material by using a mold wherein a plurality of cavities for products are arranged in a staggered arrangement and outer diameter flash grooves provided on the outer peripheries of the cavities for products are partly crossed each other so as to communicate the raw material. SOLUTION: As a plurality of annular cavities 4 for products are arranged in a staggered arrangement, about six other cavities 4 for products are arranged around one cavity 4 for product and adjoining outer flash grooves 5 each other are directly crossed on parts on the circumferences so as to communicate a raw material. As the results, a plurality of cavities 4 for products are closely arranged to make area ratio of parts which do not directly contribute to molding for the products small. Therefore, it is possible to mold many products within a definite area and to shorten filling time and to improve yield of the raw material. |
