FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of vegetable raw, juice treatment, its concentrating and syrup preparing followed by sugar crystallization in syrup. Bactericidal substance (polyester ionophore antibiotic) is added before and after treatment and to syrup also at amount 0.5-3 g/1 m medium.
