PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a continuity between conductive patterns facing each other with a land between them, by boring each insertion hole eccentrically with each corresponding land of a printed board having a plurality of lands interposed respectively between the conductive patterns into whose insertion holes the arranged pins of a mounting part in a line at a predetermined pitch are inserted. SOLUTION: With respect to the deviation direction of an insertion hole 13 from a land 12, when both denoting by (a) the dimensional difference (land length) between the diameters of the land 12 and insertion hole 13 and denoting byα<±(1/4)a the dislocation of the insertion hole 13 from the center of the land 12, and in the case of the insertion hole 13 being dislocated right and left from the center of the land 12 byα<±(1/4)a, respective land lengths W<(3/4)a are secured on the right and left sides of the insertion hole 13. In the case of machining to inscribe the insertion hole 13 to the land 12, even when there is present the dislocationα<±(1/4)a, the land lengths not smaller than (3/4)a are obtained over the whole region of the land 12 to make a continuity between conductive patterns 14, 15 facing each other with the land 12 between them securable surely.
