The prefabricated works has an integral housing (4) which is compartmented (1,2) and has ducts (5,8) and a siphon (3). The housing has, at its upper part, an opening for access (9) and is sealed on the site in a rigidifying shell (10) formed of concrete. The housing can have a double vertical wall with the inner wall having peripheral reinforcing ribs (11). The part of the wall below the access opening, there are fixing lugs (12) to a shell (13) for access to the space for fixing of the other accessories.
