SUBSTANCE: sample of substance to be analyzed is placed in agreement with process of preparation of samples for X-ray spectral fluorescence analysis on to radiator in the form of substrate with gel-like carrier applied to its working surface. Then sample is dried and analysis of sample is performed. Coordinate grid is marked on gel-like carrier. Analyzed solution is applied in the form of microdoses on crossing points of coordinate grid.
