Cover for deployable aircraft stairs

The protector has a sheet (1) and a second sheet (2) cut to form an upper and a lower part to define a stairway having four steps (A-D). The steps can be connected by tongues glued onto the profiles of the sheets corresponding to the stairways and at the level of the fold line allowing hinging of the stairway with respect to the sheets. The sections can have parts which fold together along fold lines (P1-P7) to cover the door for folding of the protector. The cover can have cut outs to fit around the actuating cylinders of the door and the upper and lower sections can be connected by hooked pile fastening material.
