<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a portable personal computer lightweight and smallsized and obtain an inexpensive device which has high reliability by providing strain detection members which are formed on an elastic substrate and an operation body for operating the strain detection members, and fixing a fitting plate and the elastic substrate in a weld zone. SOLUTION: Two couples of strain detection members are composed of 1st resistor layers 2d and 2d' and 2nd resistor layers 2e and 2e'. Four weld zones 2j are formed on the outward lengthwise prolongation of the 1st and 2nd resistor layers 2d and 2d', and 2e and 2e' on the elastic substrate 2, and an insulating layer 2b is not printed in the weld zones 2j, so a base substrate 2a made of a metallic material is exposed. Then the fitting plate 1 and base substrate 2a are fixed in the weld zones 2j by spot welding. The operation body 3 is formed of a metallic material such as an aluminum material, and consists of a wide-diameter part 3a as a cylindrical intermediate part and a 1st narrow-diameter part 3b and a 2nd narrow-diameter part 3c as both end parts.</p> |
