PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, capable of properly setting a gap between the abutting ends of a header pipe manufactured by the rounding forming of a plate, and preventing a partitioning plate from falling off easily. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is provided with a tubular header pipe 4 formed by rounding a unit plate, while a partitioning plate 7 is attached to the header pipe 4. In such a heat exchanger, a partitioning plate inserting hole 10 is provided at the connecting side of a flat tube and the abutting line of the rounded plate is provided at the opposite side of the header pipe 4. A notch, having a predetermined width in the diametral direction of the header pipe, is provided at a place on the abutting line opposed to the inserting hole of the partitioning plate while a projection 17 to be engaged with the notch and having a width wider than the notched part, is provided on the tip end of the inserting direction of the partitioning plate 7. |
