<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head in which the size can be reduced without causing any cost increase. SOLUTION: LED chips 2-1, 2-2 arranged with a plurality of LED elements 2-1-1,..., 2-1-64 are arrange in line. A matrix wiring board 6 where matrix wiring is formed by deposition on a glass substrate is employed for matrix driving the LED elements 2-1-1,..., 2-1-64. The matrix wiring has 64 common lines which are provided, respectively, with pads 6-1-1, 6-2-1 connected through wires 4-1-1, 4-2-1 with the LED elements 2-1-1,..., 2-1-64, and a pad 17-1 connected through a wire 18-1 with a driver 1 for driving the matrix.</p> |
