PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a granule fit for lysine, threonine and tryptophan in one stage and one process by granulating a fermentation broth, compacting and drying the resultant granule, adding a sufficient quantity of energy thereto, regulating the granule to a desired grain diameter and bulk density and inputting the regulated granule through a mechanical passage to a fluidized bed. SOLUTION: A fermentation broth is granulated, compacted and dried in one process in a fluidized bed and a sufficient quantity of energy is added thereto during the process to regulate the resultant granule to a desired grain diameter and bulk density. The regulated granule is further inputted through a mechanical passage into a fluidized bed. The added energy is preferably inputted thereto by using a mobile planar structure. |
