摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the components of a joint movement transmitting mechanism assembly from damage by performing ratchet rotations for individually aligning an end effector with the teeth for fixture and release of a vibrating member and a rotating member at the joint movement transmitting mechanism assembly. SOLUTION: When the joint movement transmitting mechanism assembly of a joint type stapler is turned, the joint of surgical connector assembly of the stapler is remotely moved. An actuator 47 is composed of lever caps 68 and 69 and a lever for easily applying rotational force to the actuator and when the joint movement transmitting mechanism assembly is assembled, the 2nd set of teeth 70 for release on the downside of the caps 68 and 69 are mutually operated while engaged with the 1st set of teeth 52 for release on a vibrating cone 49. A driving lug notch inside the 2nd set of teeth 70 for release is put in order with a driving lug 58 of a rotating cone 48 during assembly and the axis of the rotating cone is secured in the caps 68 and 69.
