PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a motor-cycle instrument panel to which waterdrop is hardly stuck and to secure a safety traveling property at cold time and at rainy weather by preventing a clauding of an inside of the cover and the sticking of a splashed waterdrop at an outside of the cover at the cold time and at the rainy weather. SOLUTION: In the cover for the motor-cycle instrument panel having the property for preventing sticking of the waterdrop, a substantially transparent surface layer having a structure in which both part exhibiting a hydrophilic property in which a photocatalytic oxide particles are exposed so as to contact with air and the part exhibiting a water repellent property in which a water repellent fluororesin is exposed so as to contact with the air are microperspectively dispersed and having a contact angle with a water on the surface of more than 90 deg. is formed on a surface of a cover base material.
