PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial tire for heavy load, which can improve the durability of a bead part. SOLUTION: A radial tire for heavy loads is provided with a carcass of radial structure, which has a folded section 6B comprising the carcass folded around the bead core 5 of a bead part from the inside in the axial direction of a tire to the outside and in which steel cords are arranged, and a belt layers arranged in parallel. In addition, this radial tire for heavy loads is secured in a 15 deg. deep bottom rim, which is reinforced by a bead apex 11 whose bead part is made of hard rubber, which extends from the outer face of the bead core 5 to the outside in the radial direction of the tire and a bead filler 10, which comprises a reinforcing plier in which cards are arranged in parallel with each other, and extends from at least a position inside the bead core 5 in the radial direction of the tire toward the outside in the radial direction outside the folded section 6B of the carcass in the axial direction. The difference (B-D) between the inner diameter B of the bead core 5 before riming and the rim diameter D of the 15 deg. deep bottom rim is -4mm or more and 1mm or less. |
