PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive convenient and optimum operation by performing control so that a drive part is always returned to a standby position after initial control and triggering no switching function. SOLUTION: In addition to terminals for supply voltage (+) and (-) in a logical controller 23, a terminal A1 for a rotation latch 20, a terminal A2 for a latch switch 16, a terminal A3 for power supply of a drive part 15, a terminal A5 for the output pole of a door knob switch 17, a terminal A6 for the negative pole of the door knob switch 17 and a terminal 7 for the positive pole of the door switch 17 are connected to a system. Thereby in a case where an operation knob 5 is not operated, the door knob switch 17 is connected to the terminal A5. In a case where the operation knob 5 is operated, the terminal A5 is connected to the terminal A7.
