PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the extraction error of a rubber hose caused by the slip between an extraction device and the rubber hose to be extracted in a process automatically extracting the vulcanized rubber hose and a mandrel. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a vulcanized molded rubber hose 20 by externally fitting an unvulcanized or semivulcanized straight tubular hose material to a mandrel and applying vulcanizing molding processing thereto to extract the vulcanized molded rubber hose 20 from the mandrel 16, the rubber hose 20 after vulcanizing molding fitted to the mandrel 16 is held to the state pressed to the mandrel 16 by pinch rollers 24 arranged in a row in vertical and horizontal states and, in this state, by rotationally driving the pinch rollers 24, the rubber hose 20 is extracted from the mandrel 16 on the basis of the friction force of the rubber hose 20 and the pinch rollers 24. |
